How far in advance should I place my order?
To help provide you with the best service I kindly request that you consider placing your orders at least 3-5 days in advance.

We offer a variety of chocolate options, including white, milk, and dark chocolate, allowing you to tailor your order to your taste preferences.
Please note that if you have a specific color preference for your order, it will require a white chocolate base. This ensures that we achieve the desired color accurately.

How do I store my order?
To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, please note the following storage and serving guidelines:
Strawberries, Cakes, Cupcakes, Cake Pops, Dessert Cups, and Cake Orders: Must be refrigerated for up to 24-48 hours upon pickup/delivery.
Pretzels, Rice Kripie Squares, Chocolate Dipped Apples, Pizzelle, Cookies, Oreos, Smash Heart/Circles, Hot Chocolate Bomb Orders: Must be left out in a controlled temperature away from direct sunlight or heat.
To serve:
Remove from Refrigeration: Take your order out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving.
Allow to Set: Let the item(s) reach room temperature before serving.
